Some lovely people in this world want to "donate" millions of pounds in a thinly veiled "Philanthropic" exercise - when in actual fact, they want to buy things for their own / family / business benefit - supported by taxpayers money. What would you do with a hundred million quid?
Let everyone know what you'd do with a hundred million quid? - If you need more, just find some business men that will benefit from your philanthropy, I'm sure they will back you, knowing they will get a percentage return...
Fund 10 amazing youth centres in the most neglected parts of our city thereby giving hope, education, security and a sense of belonging to the young people in those communities. Hopefully this would lead to a reduction in crime, anti-social behaviour and provide an alternative to drink and drug taking.

I'd like to pay for as many people to get education in "how to give a shit".
